Day 1: Arrive into Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK or Casablanca if it’s more convenient) and meet your local guides. Head to one of the villages where we have forged strong connections with associations and NGOs.

Days 2-3: Rise for a full day in Morocco! After breakfast walk to our service site where you will be introduced to our project and community members.

Day 4: Time to drive through the peaks of Tizi N’tichka and arrive in the 14th-century village of Ait Benhaddou.

Day 5: Explore the stunning rock formations and small villages tucked between the canyon walls. Hike and visit nomad families and have tea with them (depending on travel dates).

Day 6: Climb aboard a camel for a ride through the desert and photograph the breathtaking Saharian sunset. Sit down for tea, enjoying the rhythms of Africa.
Overnight: Tents | Merzouga Sahara Desert
Day 7: Drive through the mountains and settle in the land of a thousand palm groves. Learn about the filmmaking industry in Morocco and how it affects the local economy. Ouarzazate is your layover between the Sahara and Marrakech
Overnight: Hotel | Ouarzazate
Days 8 & 9: Explore the luminous “ochre city” and visit the Bahia Palace, Koutoubia mosque and the Jewish quarter. A local family will host you for a meal and an open Q&A so you learn more about Moroccan customs and culture.
